Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Older adults aged between 60 to 80 years Gender: both males and females Able to walk independently without assistive devices

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Reported neurological/orthopedic conditions like Parkinsonâ??s disease, stroke, fractures of the lower limb Reported visual and hearing deficits Balance and Gait impairments like vestibulopathies
