Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Any adult patient with pulmonary TB 2. On DOTS for at-least 15 days 3. Current tobacco user either as smoking or smokeless form 4. Past-smoker who quit 5. Patients who are willing to share their mobile phone number for follow-up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient who does not have access to a personal mobile phone 2. Patient who is unable to read text-messages 3. Patient who is unwilling to receive text-messages 4. Quit tobacco more than >=1 months ago 5. Existing users of the mCessation program or those who have already used it anytime in the past.
