Intervention1: Bhumyamlaki churna and kwath: Bhumyamlaki churna 3-6 gm BD for 3 months Bhumyamlaki kwath 30- 40 ml BD for 3 month Control Intervention1: pushyanug churna: pushyanug churna 3-6 gm BD

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female patients of age from mnarche upto 50 years. 2. Patients willing for trail. 3. patients diagnosed as DUB without organic pathology. 4. patients with either one of them or all having following symptoms like prolonged excessive bleeding or intermenstrual bleeding.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients not wiilling for trial. 2.Patients having uterine and pelvic pathology. 3 HB less then 8 gm% . 4 Bleeding due to Coagulation disorders
