Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of age 25-50 years with partially edentulous sites. Patients with barely sufficient bone (width 2.5-5 mm, height >10-13 mm) Patients having compromised bone with unfavorable width and height (according to misch et al, 1987)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Smokers. Medical conditions such as recent myocardial infarction (heart attack) or cerebrovascular accident (stroke), immunosuppression (a reduction in the efficacy of the immune system) Medications such as drugs in the treatment of cancer, drugs that inhibit blood clotting and bisphosphonates (a class of drugs used in the treatment of osteoporosis) Pregnant and lactating mothers.
