Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with corona virus infection reporting at Hospital, with all the following shall be included: 1. Laboratory confirmed cases of Corona virus infection. 2. Age 18 years to 80 years and both gender 3. Willing to give signed written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients on ventilatory support 2. Immunocompromised patients 3. Severe heart, lung, kidney, brain, blood diseases or other important systemic diseases 4. Subjects considered to be unable to complete the study, or not suitable for the study by researchers. 5. Women during pregnancy;
