Inclusion criteria: PFT-FEV1 >40% OF PREDICTED HEMOGLOBIN- BIOPSY PROVEN NON SMALL CELL CANCER INFORMED CONSENT

Exclusion criteria: PREVIOUS ONCOLOGIC THERAPY WITH SURGERY AND RADIOTHERAPY DISTANT METASTATSIS UNCONTROLLED COMORBID CONDITIONS -HYPERTENSION,DIABETES MELLITUS
