Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with body weight of 5-30kg. Patient with ASA grade 11 and 111. Patient undergoing cardiac surgery under general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Parental refusal. Patients having history of allergy to these drugs. Patients with previous cardiac surgery. Patients undergoing emergency surgery. Patients on ionotropic medication or mechanical ventilation. Patient with arrhythemias or pacemaker.

To study the difference in the haemodynamic parameters (HR, MBP,SBP,DBP) from baseline to just after induction and 1,5,10,20 minutes postintubation period.Timepoint: Baseline to just after induction and 1,5,10,20 minutes postintubation period.
