Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Healthy (20 to 75 years) 2) Asthma (20 to 75 years) 3) COPD (40 to 75 years)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Pregnant women. • Hemoptysis of unknown origin, pneumothorax, unstable angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, thoracic aneurysms, abdominal aneurysms, cerebral aneurysms, recent eye surgery (within 2 weeks due to increased intraocular pressure during forced expiration), abdominal or thoracic surgical procedures within past 1 month, and patients with a history of syncope associated with forced exhalation.
