Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Members of the following senior citizen welfare organizations which cover six talukas of Udupi district and Dakshina Kannada district, Karnataka, India i) Udupi Hiriya Nagarikara Samste, Udupi ii) Hiriya Nagarikara Vedike, Kundapur iii) Senior Citizen Associations, Karkala iv) Mangaluru Senior Citizens Association, Mangalore b) Smartphone users having own or using family member smartphone c) Those who can read/write English

Exclusion criteria: a) Those who are unable to operate smartphones b) Not willing to participate
