Intervention1: Cannulation of Internal Jugular Vein in the neck or Radial Artery at wrist using Ultrasonography: duration of study will be 15-20 minutes. starting point will be from keeping ultrasonog

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient giving consent of asa grade 1-4 Indication for invasive bp monitoring Central venous access for fluid, vasopressor support

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal of consent Coagulation disorders Local site infections
