Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adult subjects/volunteers without any previous medical history Non-Diabetic subject Non-Smoker subject Male and female subjects of age group between 18-60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pediatric subjects Pregnant subjects Subjects with autoimmune diseases Subjects with smoking Subjects with Diabetes, HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis, Cancer, Cardiovascular disease, Mental disorder, Kidney disease Subjects taking anti-inflammatory drugs Subjects under any medication

Assessment of Inflammatory markersTimepoint: It is invitro study. Outcomes will be assessed at 1,2,4 and 6 hour post light/laser treatment
