Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 60 years 2. ASA Class 1-2 3. Patients undergoing elective surgery under Spinal Anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal 2. Contraindications for spinal anesthesia 3. Infection at injection site 4. Allergy to Bupivacaine 5. Increased intracranial Pressure 6. Sepsis 7. Coagulopathy • Patients with a history of prior spine surgery. • BMI > 30 Kg /m-2 • Height 180 cm
