Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Individuals age between 18-60 years. 2 Either sex. 3 Apparently Healthy individual.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 K/C/O - Inflammatory bowel disorder and CA colon 2 Patient with any medicine for diabetes. 3 Alcoholic. 4 Patients taking laxatives 5 Patient with any comorbidities necessitating long term drug treatment , tuberculosis etc. 6 Pregnant or lactating women.
