Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 All patient undergone Arohana krama Snehapana. 2 Age above 18 and below 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 All patient contraindicated for Vamana and Virechana. 2 K/C/O of Malignant HTN 3 Carcinoma 4 Pregnancy and Lactating Mothers 5 DM 6 IBS 7 Age below 18 and above 60 years 8 Any severe illness.

Changes in Hydrogen Breath TestTimepoint: 1 Base line reading will be taken. 2 On vishram kala 3 reading will be taken for virechana and 1 reading for vamana. 3.Reading will be taken before giving vamana and virechana medicine and after vamana and virechana karma . 4 During samsarjana krama reading will be taken before and after each pathya dish according to shodhana of patient for 7,5 or 3 days.
