Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all patients undergoing robotic assisted kidney transplant

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 history of neurological disease 2 Transcient ischemic attack ,carotid disease 3 Raised ICP 4 Cerebral oedema 5 Glaucoma 6 Ocular surgery 7 Difficult mechanical ventilation /decreased vital capacity 8 Patient refusal
