Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of any age group with complex adnexal mass

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant females 2. Known cases of genital malignancy 3. Previously treated for ovarian malignancy 4. Known cases of endometriosis or pelvic tuberculosis
