Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Untreated Adult ( > 18 yrs) leprosy patients with lepra reaction. 2.Untreated Adult ( > 18 yrs) leprosy patients without lepra reaction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients below 18 years of age. 2.Patients who have received Multi Drug therapy for leprosy. 3.Pregnant and lactating women. 4.Patients with Severe anaemia. 5.Chronic infections such as tuberculosis, HIV and helminthic infestation and autoimmune diseases. 6.Patient who will not consent for sampling.
