Intervention1: Delayed primary wound closure of laparotomy wound post laparotomy: we will look for wound complications in delayed primary wound closure as compared to primay closure

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Male or female patients above 16 years or older with diagnosis of perforation peritonitis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients younger than 16 years,HIV or AIIDS,DM,obesity,subcutaneous layer thickness >2cm,malignancy,steroids,chemotherapy,failure to give consent as well as death of patient before 30 post operative day
