Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of ASA grade I â?? III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refusal 2.Previous lumbar spine surgery 3.Extensive Lumbar spine surgeries like large tumors excisions, scoliosis correction or more than 2 level spine fixations 4.Body mass index (BMI) >35 5.History of opioid tolerance 6.Contraindications to regional technique, e.g., local infection (administration site), systemic infection, coagulopathy 7.Allergy to any drugs used in the study 8.Pregnancy or lactation
