Inclusion criteria: Patient with Parikartika (Acute Fissure-in-ano)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with the history of HIV I and II HbsAg uncontrolled DM and HTN Pregnancy Chrons disease Ulcerative colitis Carcinoma of rectum and other systematic diseases
