Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Eligibility criteria for Patients Patients with a diagnosis of severe mental illness Age of 18 years and above Patients utilizing services of M-CAT Eligibility criteria for CareGivers Caregivers of adult individual male or female diagnosed to have Severe mental illness Care giver staying at least for past 1 year and she/he should be the primary caregiver. Age of 18 years and above Eligibility criteria for Mental Health Professionals Psychiatrist, Psychiatric social workers and psychologists working in Udupi district (as per MH ACT 2017). Eligibility criteria for Postgraduates Psychiatric and Psychiatric Social work MPhil postgraduates of the department of psychiatry, KMC Manipal. Eligibility criteria for DMHP team The researcher would recruit members of DMHP team Udupi district. Members of the DMHP team are Psychiatrist, Psychiatric nurse, Psychologist and Social worker.
