Intervention1: Advansync appliance: A fixed functional appliance that can be used in conjunction with complete fixed orthodontic appliances. Advansync is effective in correcting class II malocclusion

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient in CVMI stages 2,3, and 4 2. Class II malocclusion (ANB >4ï?°) 3. Horizontal or normal growth pattern 4. Minimum crowding in dental arches 5. Positive visual treatment objective (VTO).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who do not have Class II malocclusion 2. Patients with systemic diseases

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Changes in TMJ morphology will be assessed by CBCTTimepoint: at baseline and then at 6 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Correction of Class II malocclusion will be assessed by CBCTTimepoint: at baseline i.e, before the start of the treatment and after 6 months.
