Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with classical signs and symptoms of Acute Fissure-in-ano will be included in the trial. 2.Subject will be ready to given written informed consent. 3. Age between from 18yrs to 60yrs(working age).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Who are not ready to give written informed consent. 2. Who are with Chronic fissure-in-ano. 3. Fissure-in-ano which developed because of some systemic disease like IBD, Leukemia etc. 4. faecal incontinence. 5. Patients with age below 18yrs and above 60yrs.
