Intervention1: Virechana: Snehapana with Tiktaka Ghrita for 3-7 days till the achievement of samyaka snigdha lakshanas, followed by vishrama kala of 3 days and Virechana karma on 4th day with 40 gms T

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients clinically diagnosed with Psoriasis Patients fit for virechana karma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients unfit for Virechana karma. Pregnant women. Acute infectious conditions of Psoriasis such as Pustular Psoriasis. Any other systemic illness interfering with the treatment.

MeasureTime frame
To understand the changes in the serum electrolyte levels pre and post virechana. Serum levels of Sodium, Potassium and Chloride will be assessed before and after virechana on the same day.Timepoint: 1 Day

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To study the effect on PASI score after giving Virechana in Psoriasis patients.Timepoint: 10 Days
