Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Young males (Less than 40 years) with LUTS 2. New or follow-up patients willing to give informed consent 3. Young patients with vesical calculus after treatment of calculus

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with urethritis 2. Patients having acute prostatitis/Chronic bacterial prostatitis 3. Patients with cystitis 4. Patients with pyelonephritis 5. Any patient with diagnosed stricture disease 6. Urothelial malignancy
