Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient willing with concent symptomes like constipation anal pain burning sensetion per rectal bleeding sphincter spasm both acute & chronic fissure in ano

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: not willing patients Carcinoma of rectuam & anal canal patients with HIV & HBSAg positive status haemorrhoid & rectal prolapse severe anaemia pelvic pathology
