Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adults of both genders between 18 to 80 years of age Malayalam – English sequential bilinguals with Malayalam as the first language and having more than 10 years of exposure to English Belonging to middle socioeconomic status

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals reporting any chronic medical illness like cardiovascular condition/renal failure/lung diseases/previous cancer diagnosis/psychiatric conditions Individuals reporting of uncontrolled hypertension / diabetes Individuals reporting functional limitations in carrying out the basic day to day activities Poor performance on cognitive - linguistic tasks and on depression screening Educational level below five years of schooling experience
