Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Older people of both gender. The older people age 60 yr to 80 yr. The older people who are available during the period of study. The older people who are willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Critically ill older people. Any history of CVA Any history of fracture Any history of PD and AD Any history of Atherosclerosis AND cardiovascular disease patient Any history of arthritis,cataracts,osteoporosis,hearing loss,dizziness,depression. People who has restricted limb movement.
