Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients more than 18 years of age and admitted within 24 hours of Injury. 2. All patients who give consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients 2. Patients with chronic organ failure( chronic liver disease, kidney disease, respiratory failure and cardiac arrest). 3. Patients with chronic degenerative neuro-illness. 4. Patients who have been treated else where.
