Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the patients, those will be diagnosed as loculated empyema and loculated parapneumonic effusion, willing to participate in this study having no exclusion criteria will be enrolled in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with duration of illness for more than 3 months. 2. Patients with previous history of pulmonary tuberculosis. 3. Patients with history of CAD and streptokinase infusion. 4. Patients not willing to participate in our study
