Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective surgeries requiring general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation. ASA grade 1 and 2 patients Patients aged 18-60 years Patients having modified Mallampatti grade 1 and 2 score Â
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patientâ??s refusal Emergency surgeries ASA grade 3 and 4 patients Patients with age less than 18 years and more than 60 years Elective surgery Awake extubation or postsurgery intensive care admission Body mass index >35 kg/m2 Hepatic disease, hypoalbuminemia, renal insufficiency, neuromuscular disease Consumption of drugs known to affect neuromuscular transmission; Contraindications to vecuronium/ neostigmine and/or glycopyrrolate A history of hypersensitivity or allergic to anaesthetic agent given Difficulty accessing the TOF measuring device in the ulnar nerve. Factors causing delayed awakening such as electrolyte imbalance, hyperglycemia, hypoglycemia, hypercapnia, hypothyroidism, etc
