Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-65 2.ASA I, II & III 3.Elective Surgeries 4.Undergoing general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Not willing to participate 2.Any local site infection 3.Allergy to eggs 4.Rapid Sequence Induction 5.Anticipated difficulty in venous access
