Intervention1: Administration of Estradiol in the follicular phase of stimulation: Donors wil be given Estradiol 4 mg BD from Day 2 of menses till the stimulation is decided

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The study will include all oocyte donors who had previously undergone an unprogrammed cycle within the past one year at our center (Nova IVF Fertility, Ahmedabad, India) and who are planned for another stimulation cycle at the same center with the same stimulation protocol, as described below. This second IVF stimulation cycle will be the Estradiol-programmed cycle as described below, and the data on the outcome of previous non-programmed cycle of the same donor population will be used as control data. Additional inclusion criteria will be age group of 21 to 30 years, and compliance with the national (ICMR) guidelines for oocyte donation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Donors without a previous unprogrammed cycle at our center and whose recipients had endometrial pathology or severe male factor will be excluded from the study
