Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with Type0 ,1 and 2 myoma (Submucous myoma) who are scheduled to undergo hysteroscopic myomectomy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Myoma > 5cm size 2. Acute PID 3. Use of preoperative GnRH agonists 4. Endometrial premalignant or malignant pathologies 5. Women with cardiopulmonary diseases, bleeding diathesis and renal disease. 6. Patients with multiple submucous myoma. 7. Hypertension.
