Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I or II, Middle ear surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal, ASA grade III to V, Pregnancy or lactating mothers, History of hepatic, renal or cardiopulmonary diseases, History of significant neurological, psychiatric, or neuromuscular disorders, Alcoholism, diabetes, hyper or hypothyroidism, Patients on calcium channel blockers, Bleeding diathesis
