Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primigravida women with pregnancy within 20 weeks of pregnancy who were booked for delivery in PGIMER Chandigarh with Low or no risk during pregnancy Education up to 10th standard and above Knows to read and understand Hindi or English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Primigravida with a moderate or high-risk pregnancy 2. Nurses and doctors.
