Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All cases of FNAC/core biopsy proven primary parotid carcinomas planned for total conservative parotidectomy or radical parotidectomy 2. Patient giving consent to participate in study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient who is not willing to participate in the study 2. Patient is unfit for surgery under general anesthesia 3. Severe claustrophobia. 4. H/o anaphylactoid reactions with intravenous contrast for MRI 5. Benign salivary gland tumors
