Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. IPD patients 2. Hemo-dynamically stable patients. 3. Below knee amputation patient. 4. Age 18-65. 5. Both genders. 6. Patient not necessitating ICU care for more than 48 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Revision amputation patients Children and pregnant women. Patient with co-morbidity like cardiac condition, malignancies, bleeding disorder. Patients on antiepileptic and thyroid drugs. 5. Patient with pre morbid history of infection

MeasureTime frame
patients receiving Immediate Post-surgical prosthesis will have shorter duration of recovery phase along with better quality of lifeTimepoint: 1 YEAR

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
? To minimize the period of recovery in below knee amputation patient. ? To evaluate the effect of IPOP at 2 weeks after application of prosthesis.Timepoint: 1 YEAR
