Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All cancer patients(common cancers) from Puducherry registered in JIPMER Hospital-based cancer Registry for last 2 years and prospectively during the intervention period. 2. All individuals of Puducherry aged 30 years and above, residing near corresponding PHCs of Puducherry. 3.Registered and Newly registered cancer patients(common cancers) of various Primary Health Centres of Puducherry.
