Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Healthy Individuals 2 Age:-Madhyamavastha from Vriddhi to Poornata According to Sushruta i.e. 20-40 Years. 3 Sex: Males/Female 4 Not dependent on any kind of allopathic medicines or drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Pregnancy. 2 Any previous surgical/medical history at the site related to Rujakara Marma. 3 Person with history of ATT course. 4 Suffered from any kind of illness in which he/she has undergone medication for more than 20 days.
