Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with BMI between 30 to 35 kg/m2. Subjects with 20 to 40 years of age, irrespective of gender, caste, religion or occupation. Subjects not suffering from any known systemic disorders. Subjects who are not on steroidal therapy Subjects who are not under any sort of treatment for Obesity Subjects who are willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with BMI below 30 and above 35 kg/m2. Subjects with below 20 and above 40 years of age Subjects suffering from systemic disorders. Subjects who are not willing to participate in the study. Pregnant women Subjects with steroid therapy or any hormonal replacement therapies

Is there any improvement in the Quality of Life after adopting the diet and lifestyle modification in the obese subjects? Is there any change in Anthropometric measurements after adopting diet and life style modification in the obese subjects? Timepoint: 1.5 YEARS
