Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: BMI 18.5-30. ASA 1 OR 2. Undergoing elective laparoscopic surgery involving trendelenburg and reverse trendelenburg position with an anticipated duration of 30-120 minutes will be included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Obesity(BMI >30). All the contraindications for supraglottic airway. Oropharyngeal pathology. If laparoscopic surgery is converted into open surgery in any of cases. If in any case supraglottic airway has to be replaced by endotracheal tube . Limited mouth opening ( inter-incisor gap Patients at risk of aspiration( full stomach,previous upper gastrointestinal surgery,hiatus hernia). Patient refusal to participate in the study.
