Intervention1: Kshara Avalehya: Oral administration of Kshara Avalehya in the form of vati in the dosage of 250mg two tablets twice daily after food with 50 ml of milk as adjuvant for 1 days Control

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Size of Ashmari less than 10mm irrespective of site, number and type of stone 2.Age group between 16-60 yrs irrespective of gender, occupation, race and socio economic status. Those who are ready to follow the instruction and sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are suffering with severe systemic disorders like renal failure, Tuberculosis, Poly cystic kidney, hepatic dysfunction and Neoplasms. 2.Known case of uncontrolled hypertension and diabetes mellitus. 3.Patient with acute urinary obstructive symptomatology. Pregnant and lactating women.
