Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.18-65 years 2.ASA class I-II Female patients 3.Presented for elective breast surgery with or without axillary dissection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal 2. Patients with spinal deformities. 3.Patients received preoperative opioids or gabapentoids. 4.Patients with major cardiac, renal, respiratory, or hepatic disease. 5.Patients with suspected or diagnosed coagulopathy 5.Obese patients with BMI >36
