Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Both unilateral and bilateral idiopathic clubfeet initially treated with Ponseti method now presenting with equinus recurrence 2 Those at initial correction were less than 7 years of age 3 Only patients who were initially treated at our institution will be included in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Non idiopathic or syndromic / neurological clubfeet 2 Surgically intervened/ operated clubfeet 3 Patients not willing for treatment for recurrence
