| Change in 24 hr proteinuria with canagliflozin for six weeks relative to no canagliflozin in patients with non diabetic kidney disease and proteinuria 1 gm/day on standard of care treatment(ACEI/ARB and immunosuppression if indicated)Timepoint: Change in 24 hr proteinuria with canagliflozin for six weeks relative to no canagliflozin in patients with non diabetic kidney disease and proteinuria 1 gm/day on standard of care treatment(ACEI/ARB and immunosuppression if indicated) | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| i. Effect of canagliflozin 100 mg/day compared to no canagliflozin on eGFR using EPI equation ii. Compare the effect of canagliflozin 100 mg/day on proteinuria of different aetiologies Timepoint: 6 months | — |
