Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients with trauma admitted in the ICU
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who present with AKI at the time of admission in the ICU (defined by KDIGO AKI criteria ) 2. Patients with previous history of CKD( eGFR 30 or abnormal renal imaging, documented any time prior to trauma) 3. Pregnancy 4. Individuals currently on immunosuppressive therapy. 5. Patients with traumatic injury to kidney

| 1. To identify the relationship of renal injury markers TIMP-2 and IGFBP-7 with the need of RRT in trauma patients admitted in the ICU. 2. To identify the level of TIMP, IGF which predicts the development of AKI and its severity 3.
