Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 1-5 years planned for surgery under general anaesthesia with nasogastric tube in situ 2. ASA I-II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA III-IV 2. Suspected difficult airway 3. Gastrointestinal obstruction 4. Severe and significant congenital heart disease, respiratory disease 5. BMI > 30kg/m2
