Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the adults above the age of 18 years planned for surgical management of benign anorectal procedures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prior involvement in other studies. Pregnancy and lactation. Patient with comorbidities and malignancy. Patient not able to understand the nature of the study and failed to give consent. Contraindication to perianal/saddle block Hypersensitivity or previous anaphylaxis to local anaesthetic drugs Bleeding disorders
