Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All reproductive age group women > 18 years old, sexually active and postmenopausal women with confirmed Covid-19 infection either by nasopharyngeal swab RT-PCR or standard Q Covid-19 Antigen test. All eligible women who are willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with negative Nasopharyngeal swab RT-PCR or standard Q Covid-19 Antigen test for SARSCoV-2. Terminally ill patients (unconscious and ventilated patients)

1 Proportion of vaginal fluid and cervical exfoliated cellsâ?? samples positive for SARS-CoV-2 in confirmed cases of COVID-19. 2 roportion of amniotic fluid, cord blood, placenta and placental membranes, and breast milk samples positive for SARS-CoV-2 in confirmed cases of COVID-19 positive mothers.Timepoint: 1 year
